Return & Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of our brand and our small, limited-edition collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All pieces are produced in very limited quantities, and once an item sells out, it may not be restocked.


Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, if available, or
  • A full refund, if a replacement is not possible

Because our collections are limited, we may not always be able to replace your item.

 

What Is Considered a Fault

We consider an item faulty if:

  • It arrives broken or damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Some pieces are designed using natural elements, which means each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, or texture from the product photos. These natural variations are not considered faults.

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered faults, as each piece is produced in small batches.

 

Wear & Care

Our pieces are made to be worn, loved, and enjoyed.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper care or misuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or harsh conditions

Signs of natural wear over time are not considered faults.
