Shipping Location 

We hand shipping from Taiwan. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Taiwan)

• FREE Standard: 2-5 business days

 

International Shipping

• Estimated delivery: depending on destination. Please refer to checkout page.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

We want to let everyone to be able to shop Mirei, however, international shipping can have its difficulties. Please kindly wait as we open up more shipping locations in the future!

 

Taxes & Duties IMPORTANT

Mirei does not collect or charge taxes, customs duties, or import fees on international orders. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the local customs authorities before delivery.

We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order. If you are unsure about anything, don’t hesitate to email us.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs clearance and carrier delays. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We will assist where possible in resolving delivery issues.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you experience an issue, contact us at mireistudios.contact@gmail.com, and we will assist where possible.
